By purchasing from Baliko Wholesale, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Pricing

  • All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges.
  • If VAT rates change between the time you place your order and dispatch, we will adjust the payable amount—unless you have already paid in full.
  • Payment is charged only when your order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email.
  • Ownership of goods transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.
  • In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.

2. Product Information

Unless explicitly stated, Baliko Wholesale is not the manufacturer of the products sold.

Please note:

  • Product colours may vary depending on screen or device settings.
  • Packaging may differ from images shown online.
  • Always read all product labels, warnings, and instructions before use.
  • We reserve the right to make updates or improvements for compliance or technical reasons, as long as they do not affect core product functionality.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Order Handling:

  • Orders are usually processed the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM GMT, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons.

  • Delivery methods and fees (including VAT) are clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Delay or Non-Performance

  • If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, strikes), we will notify you and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
  • If the delay is substantial, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund in full if fulfilment becomes impossible due to external factors.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
  • Return postage is your responsibility unless free returns were offered.

7. Refunds

  • Not dispatched: Full refund within 14 days of cancellation.
  • Dispatched: Refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Used, damaged, or incomplete items may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on condition.


8. Returns Policy

We comply with UK law regarding the supply of goods that are as described and fit for purpose.

9. Warranty

If a fault develops within 12 months (excluding misuse, wear, or accidental damage), we will repair or replace the item.

10. Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days for faulty goods
  • A repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months if a fault is unresolved
  • A partial refund if goods fail to last a reasonable length of time (up to 6 years)

Unless stated otherwise, products are for personal or home-office use only.

Improper, modified, or commercial use may void your warranty and affect return eligibility.


12. Customs & International Orders

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.
  • You must comply with all local regulations.
  • Parcels may be inspected or opened by customs authorities.

13. Ending Our Contract

We may cancel your order if:

  • You do not accept delivery within a reasonable time.
  • We are unable to fulfil it due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund.


14. Our Liability

Baliko Wholesale is not liable for:

  • Losses that are unforeseeable
  • Delays or damages caused by external events
  • Losses preventable by reasonable action
  • Business or commercial losses

We do not exclude liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

15. Children

We do not sell to individuals under the age of 18.
Minors must use our website under parental supervision.
